Fayette Elementary

I am truly happy and proud to be a member of the Fayette family and the West Vigo community. I believe we are one united team working toward a shared goal—success for every student. We are extremely fortunate to collaborate each day in support of our students and their growth.

Student success is achieved through the active participation of everyone involved. Open and ongoing communication is essential to ensure we are aligned and working together effectively. When families, staff, and students partner with one another in the best interest of each child, success becomes attainable. Success looks different for every student and is measured by individual needs and goals. Our students should feel empowered to participate, communicate, and advocate for themselves each day.

Please feel free to contact me at any time with questions, concerns, or words of praise. I value all feedback, both positive and constructive, as it helps us grow and improve together. In order to work collaboratively and ensure our school is at its best, open communication is key. As I often say, “I cannot help or address a situation if I am unaware that it exists.”

I maintain an open-door policy and welcome communication from all members of the Fayette family—students, parents, teachers, staff, and community members. I am available through ParentSquare, email, phone calls, or scheduled meetings. I kindly ask that meetings be scheduled in advance, as I am frequently in classrooms with students or attending meetings outside the building. Scheduling an appointment allows me to give you my full attention and ensures a productive conversation.
